📦 Shipping Policy

At XNEEX™, we are committed to providing a fast, safe, and transparent shopping experience. Please note that shipping is carried out by third-party logistics providers from international warehouses and is not under our direct control.

Shipping Costs

Free worldwide shipping on all orders.

Processing & Delivery Times

• Order processing time: 1–4 business days

• Average shipping time: 6–14 business days

• Maximum delivery time: up to 30 business days

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Orders may be delayed due to high demand, customs restrictions, carrier delays, strikes, or other circumstances beyond XNEEX's control. If your order has not arrived within 30 business days, you may choose between a full refund or a replacement shipment, at XNEEX's discretion.

• Your order may be shipped from multiple warehouses and delivered in separate packages.

• It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address.

• Orders cannot be cancelled once submitted for processing.

XNEEX™ offers a full 30-day return window from the date of delivery, even if the product has been used, to ensure a fair trial experience for every customer.

Return Conditions

• The product must be returned in good condition — clean, complete, and including all original components and accessories.

• Returns must be sent to the warehouse from which the product was originally shipped (typically located in China). Our customer service team will provide the exact return address.

• Proof of purchase or order number must be included with the return.

• A valid tracking number must be provided when shipping the return.

Costs & Responsibility

• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of a defective product or an error made by XNEEX™.

• XNEEX™ is not responsible for delays or loss of returned items shipped by the customer.

• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the returned item being received and inspected at the warehouse.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items returned after 30 days from the delivery date

• Items returned in damaged, dirty, incomplete, or poor condition

• Items returned without all originally included components

Non-Delivery

If you did not receive your order at all, a full refund will be issued automatically with no return required.
